Baby quilt fully finished

Finally, quilt #1 (which was Charm Pack Baby Quilt #2 when I pieced it back in 2022) is quilted and bound, ready to be donated. I think I’m going to give this to DSAMT (Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee). They give quilts to babies and children born with Down Syndrome as part of their support system.

I actually finished quilting it on June 3 or 4, but wasn’t able to get around to binding it until June 9.

And I was distracted by another charity project for over a week, so I couldn’t get the second baby quilt basted until today. I’m hoping to share that one a little bit more quickly, once I get it finished.

I’m still distracted by life and video games too. Time flies every day. But at least I’ve started making progress. And I know that as the quilts get larger, it will take more time to actually quilt them, so I’m going to try to pace myself. But having the first one finished gives me great satisfaction!
