Well this section was really easy until we got to the last step (which is actually the first step of section 7). It was several rows of stockinette stitch, which I can almost do in my sleep. But then, when you start section 7, you actually finish section 6 by folding and knitting into a stitch below, making little “welts.” That was a little more involved, and I’m grateful for the video tutorial. I came across a minor mistake as I was making the welts, and was able to catch and correct it before it became a bigger problem. I doubt anyone will ever be able to find it, and I’m not about to point it out to anyone – learning not to do that can be a challenge because we are so quick to point out how our projects aren’t perfect to others.
