Tiny pieces

take a long time to become something!

I decided to work on Aunt Joe’s Afghan quilt while I was processing fabric scraps that I’ve gotten from various friends. I pulled out some pieces that were large enough to use for these blocks and after a day of cutting and another day of piecing, I have 4 more blocks for the quilt! I really enjoy putting these together, even though it takes a good bit of time for each one. Doing two at once does help keep from cutting and restarting thread though, so I’ll try to remember that each time I want to do more of them.

Edited to add: I now have 15 of the 59 squares required for the pattern, so 1/4 of the way there!
