Yep, another day, another squirrel.
This one was caused by my friend Tammy, who started participating in a one-skein mystery shawl knit-along. She let me know that it had just come out, and well, of course, I had to participate too.
I decided to use a single play fingering weight yarn that was actually recommended in the pattern, of which I had a couple in my stash. The color is a light grey-brown with a hint of dusky purple. I caked it up as soon as I got home from visiting with a monthly group of quilters and knitters, then cast on.
Clue one had been released on November 1, and clue two was released November 7.
I tried to take a photo of clue one completed at night in artificial light, but it doesn’t do the color justice. Of course, I had to start immediately on clue two, but I haven’t completed it yet, so stay tuned!
