Those triangle string units were my focus until I completed them on Saturday. And then I began working on the “straight” string blocks.
I’ve made 19 of them, and that completes this step.
Now that they are done, I’ll just need to cut the other half of the half square triangle blocks from a lilac/lavender fabric I’ve picked out, and piece them together with the string triangles.
I’ve been thinking about future string quilts (maybe a spiderweb?), but I still need to get back to some of the other quilts I have in progress and work on finishing at least one or two of them before I begin yet another new project. Oh, and I need to finish this one too.
