I’ve made a little progress on several projects over the past few months, and thought I’d share updates on all of them at once.
Above is my progress on the Affiknity sweater. I love the cables on this sweater, and the yarn really shows them off nicely. I’m close to the point of starting some shaping, but still have a few more inches to go. This is just the back, and then I’ll start the front and work the pattern again.
I’m also almost finished with one side of my Vellichor sweater. It was knit in the round until I split for the armholes, and I’ve been knitting up the front so far.
My first Shell Cove sock is just finished with the gusset decreases, and I decided to go ahead and start the second sock so I can get to the same place. They’re super summery (like watermelon), and the little pattern on the side is a nice (and easily memorized) detail. The rest of the sock is stockinette stitch, so you get a little pattern and a lot of zoom knitting.
I’ve also made it through several repeats of the patterning on my Trust Fall shawl. I haven’t worked on this in a bit, but I’m planning to pay some more attention to it once Vellichor is finished, since that has taken the bulk of my attention lately.
But today I’m in the mood for a little more cabling!
