Second border

I had originally designed a third border, and I bought fabric for that border, but once I got the second border on, CC thought it was finished. Then, when I went to press the fabric to start cutting it, I realized that I really didn’t need the third border, but I will need a binding fabric – and the fabric I bought will be the perfect binding for this quilt. So, we’re calling it a quilt top finish!

A little piecing of some flannels, and I can hand it off to my longarm quilter, and move on to the next thing. Oh, I also need to piece a backing for my Easy Breezy quilt so I can have it quilted as well – just add that to the list, and then move to the next thing. Making progress!
