At my sit and sew group last night, I decided to work on some hand sewing. I took a new Tula’s Bloomers block (that I haven’t finished yet – maybe I’ll finish that up tonight) and my little Charm Baskets. I now have three more of those basket handles stitched down. The pink/red one was from my stash, and the blue and green ones are from the recent scraps I received. Such a delight to incorporate fabrics from all over.
There was a lot of discussion about our future projects, so there wasn’t as much actual stitching happening, ha! But it was good to get together with the girls again. I have ideas cooking about two large quilts I’d like to do for my brother, and of course, I still have the Summer Mystery 2022 fabrics sitting out waiting for me to start that one. Soon, I think!
