I’m only about one-third through binding off the border, but this is how I decided to do it. It’s a horizontal striping section with the lightest color as background using the three middle colors, followed by a slightly modified “chevron shenanigans”section from the Exploration Station shawl, using the darkest color. I then decided to use what the designer called the “color pop” for the i-cord bind off to mirror how the shawl was started (with the color pop and then the darkest color as primary in the first section). I wasn’t 100% sure of how that would look, but I think it’s going to be great.
