The Burrow Wrap

I’ve actually had this project finished since the beginning of the year, but hadn’t gotten around to sharing it yet. It uses fingering weight yarn plus a mohair (or comparable fiber) lace weight, held together, so it is super soft and pretty warm. I decided to go with a rainbow of colors.

If you look at the model project, you’ll notice a few differences between mine and it – I decided not to add fringe or picots. I’m not a huge fringe person (and with cats, well, that’s probably a good thing), and frankly I just forgot to do the picots at the end. But I think it looks just fine without it. It’s quite a long project, and it was perfect for wearing in church a few Sundays ago with the air conditioning a bit cool for my taste.
