Part 3 involves a lot of small blocks, with a lot of small pieces. Because of other projects, I’ve put it aside for many months. But I have been itching to pull it back out, and I’ve decided to use it as a partial leader/ender project between sewing other blocks and pieces together.
I like to have all of my pieces ready to put together, so I spent time working on getting them all cut out and into little sets. I still have a few left to cut (the block centers), but I did get some ready. I think I’ll wait until I have the ones I’ve cut pieced together so I can see what additional colors/fabrics I’d like to include, since the center fabrics will all be different colors and patterns.
