It’s done! And I love it! The depth of color is just gorgeous, and the little speckles of green, purple, white, gray, black, orange – just amazing. Definitely an instant wardrobe staple and well worth knitting it twice.

I’ve finished one sleeve on my new Heartfelt cardigan, and it went pretty quickly. I left the markers that I put in for each of the decreases I made so that I can match them on my other sleeve as closely as possible. One down, one to go!

Hooray, it’s one step closer! The body is complete, I’ve bound off the ribbing at the bottom, and woven in the ends to this point. Next up, sleeves. They are plain stockinette knitting, so I honestly don’t think it should take very long to complete both sleeves. And I know the color is fairly dark… Continue reading A completed body

I’ve separated for the sleeves! It felt like I was never going to get there, but knitting a little each time did make progress. I feel like the body should go a little quicker when I knit on this project, since there aren’t as many stitches on the needles.

This is how far I’ve gotten on my second Heartfelt cardigan. The yarn is rather dark, but I think the photo still shows the pattern.
