I actually finished knitting this sweater before the end of the year, 2020, but I needed to finish weaving in ends and then wash it. Because it is 100% acrylic yarn, I washed it in a sweater bag in my washing machine, and then I laid it out to air dry on a towel.
It feels really nice, and I’m glad I finished it before the end of sweater season – it’s cozy for wearing around the house, and nice enough to wear out to church or just getting together with friends. I do love the garter stitch detail that runs the entire length of the sleeves.
