And yes, indeed! All of the blooms are now complete. It’s time to begin sewing them all together with the stars. This is a very long-term project, that I can only sew a little at a time, but I’m hoping to spend a little time each week on it so I can make progress.
I’ve taken it down off of the design wall, and put it into a project box in a diagonal row order. It may be a while before you see another update, but at least it’s where I can work on it now, and the design wall is available again. The “temporary” flannel-backed tablecloth that I had covering it up is gone, and I much prefer the design wall with my original felt covering. It’s way past time!
