I dithered back and forth about this bloom, and settled for making each of the large petal hexagons unique with the Forest Frivolity print (silver colorway) from 2014’s Moon Shine collection. I decided to go with a repeating section of the Lazy Stripe print in the gunmetal colorway from 2015’s True Colors collection to set off the center of the bloom, and the center is the Wildflower print in the Daisy colorway from 2020’s True Colors.
The bloom is now set into its place at the end of the second row from the top. I’ve changed my selections for the fabric of the next bloom, and have it ready to stitch together.
