I finished stitching my next Tula’s Bloomers unit at the Sit and Sew on Saturday. If I have calculated correctly and have all of my groups of units ready to go, there are only 2 more full ones to piece now.
Fussy cutting can be such fun – especially when fabric prints are made with such interesting details. The outer hexagons focus on the bats and flowers of this print.

The center hexagon tiger is hiding among the flowers in this print.

The darker purple triangles framing the center hexagon are also from a print in the Eden collection. I had previously fussy cut tiger faces, and the pin dot flowers were the perfect accent. And of course, the colors fit perfectly together.
