I’ve been piecing the other rows of my Over the Rainbow quilt, but I can’t piece them to each other without sewing sashing rows onto them. I had to cut the rest of the sashing strips and squares first (check!), and yesterday afternoon was the first chance I had to sew one regular row to one sashing row. I’m so pleased with how it looks. Now I can work on piecing the other sashing rows, and then sewing them to their respective rainbow runs. They’re so happy!
And now… with sashing row
