I managed to finish the jackrabbit for the upper right nature corner, but I still have a lot to do in this little spot. The black cacti still need their gold star embellishments. The cacti flowers to the left of the jackrabbit (or below his feet if looking at him right-side up) are almost complete – over half have their french knot tops. The cacti beneath (behind) that still need their flowers and there are some other specialty stitches here and there. There is also a beaded butterfly in the open area behind the jackrabbit that I didn’t get to this month.
With as much detail as there is in Chatelaine designs, I’m super grateful to be able to zoom in on the PDF chart on my tablet. I truly can’t imagine trying to stitch all of this from a paper chart and have it be even close to correct.
