… since I did some cross stitching. I’ve been so focused on quilting and knitting, but I felt the urge to pull out Forever and Ever and work on it a bit over the weekend. I’m currently working on the right side of the design. Since the last time I posted about this project, I have finished the little house, a few of the leaves, and one little rosebud. I also started working on the right cardinal, but really only have the barest outline of it at present. I just love this little design, which is stitched 1 thread of Weeks Dye Works floss over 2 threads of fabric on 36 count Edinburgh linen (so the equivalent of 18 count Aida fabric). I’m a little surprised and really pleased at the coverage with just one thread.
