I’ve been trying to figure out my “plan of attack” for the Straits of Mackinac quilt blocks. I have a little of each part done, so I thought I’d start with the one that requires the least number of units first. Here’s my little finished stack of square in a square units.
Next? I need to finish the string pieced strips so I can work on the triangle in a square units. I think I have about 8 more string strips to make. I haven’t pulled out my little Elna in a bit, so I think I’ll do that to give her some love.
